1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website or using our AI agent software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to remain bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the services.
2. Description of Service
Aigentro provides enterprise-grade autonomous AI agents (such as Medical Receptionists, HR Automations, and customized operational workflow solutions). Services include access to hosted agents, continuous performance dashboards, setup assistance, and integration configurations.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and integration API keys.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
4. Licensing & Permitted Use
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Aigentro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our hosted AI agents and platform interface for your internal business operations.
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our AI agent architectures or core models.
- Use the service to build a competing product or service.
- Circumvent any rate limits or security mechanisms built into the platform.
- Utilize the AI agents to generate spam, malicious code, or engage in deceptive practices.
5. Intellectual Property
All right, title, and interest in and to the services, including the software, AI algorithms, pre-trained prompts, custom agent logic, branding, and website interface elements, are and will remain the exclusive property of Aigentro and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aigentro and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
- Any data loss or security incidents, unless caused directly by our gross negligence.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aigentro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the AI agent services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
