Return & Refund Policy

At Aigentro, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund and cancellation practices. Because our services involve digital subscriptions, software access, and custom engineering, our refund policies vary based on the service type.
1. Custom AI Agent Development
For all bespoke or custom-built AI agent services (development of custom integrations, workflows, or specialized models):
- Retainer / Setup Fees: Initial deposits or setup fees paid to begin development are non-refundable once work has commenced or research resources have been allocated.
- Milestone-Based Payments: Fees paid upon completion and approval of specific milestones are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel custom development, you will only be responsible for paying for milestones already completed or in-progress at the time of cancellation.
2. Monthly Hosted Subscription Plans
For our pre-configured agents hosted on the Aigentro platform (e.g., Medical Receptionist or HR Automation subscriptions):
- Subscription Renewals: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.
- Refund Eligibility: We do not issue partial refunds or pro-rated credits for unused portions of an active subscription month. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately.
3. Trial and Pilot Programs
If we offer a paid or free pilot/trial period for your business, you must cancel the trial before the renewal date to avoid being transitioned into a standard paid subscription plan. Charges incurred after a trial period ends and the standard plan begins are non-refundable.
4. Software License Cancellations
Since Aigentro AI integrations, prompt templates, and custom codebases are digital products delivered electronically, any purchase of software licenses or source code files is final and non-refundable once the delivery link or files have been shared.
5. Requesting a Refund or Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services or experience technical issues that prevent the correct execution of your AI agents, we want to make it right. Please submit a review request to our billing and customer satisfaction team at:

Please include your account details, invoice number, and a detailed description of the issues you encountered. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve them within 5-7 business days.
